Ordered 2 trimmers for £45 each with my personal credit card which is registered overseas, order went through and I received order confirmation.
After few days I called to ask where my order is and was told it was canceled because the credit card is not registered in the UK, I offered to supply a card which is registered in the UK but they refused and asked me to place a new order in the website, when I made the order again I realized why... price of the item went up to £59 each.
Customer service refused to honor the original order price which was £45, emailed the manager with this issue and got a complete ignore back.
I own business myself including online shops, this business behavior is not one I would expect from this kind of merchant...
Bad business behavior at it's best.

returned defective tongs 4 months ago and not received refund. they do not want to know. trying to say item not received but was signed for. would never use again.

Terribe service do not use. still have my money from returned defective item. 2 months and no refund. ignoring my efforts to sort it out. tell you on the phone money on its way to your account, no money gone through in 2 months since return of item.
