I have bought 17 times from phatphones over the years. I have used their repair service too. Second to non in service and good advice as well as price. :) I GIVE 5 STARS-WELL DONE

Paid for lcd screen on n95 to be replaced, received a lcd screen in the post!
When questioned they said to send phone to them with the screen, which they would then fit.
11 days later as I had not heard anything I contact for an update. I received a reply telling me that the phone had been repaired but had further charges (they wanted an extra £45 for a ribbon cable which was not needed!!!)
When questioned they tried to claim that phone came in with these faults, which I knew was simply false.
I then received my phone back, unfixed and clearly had not even been looked at as the phone was sealed exactly as I had sent it! So they wanted an extra £45 for a phone they had not looked at with faults they had made up!!
They advised to return the phone and screen for the repair (that they previously claim had been done with additional costs).
I am still waiting for return postage, due to the very poor service of what seem is an incompetent company, to be refunded!!
Expect problems if you use this company!!
