I ordered 4 Vredestein Wintrac xtreme and paid the £560 by credit card I waited two days for conformation of delivery but had to phone them I was told they would not process my order unless I emailed them a copy of one of my utility bills to prove my identity,they already had my credit card no .my address and delivery address both the same which has proved sufficient for the last 40yrs.I phoned my credit card company and they advised NOT to to email utility bill to anyone.

Very frustrating dealing with them. Having placed an order with them using my credit card they told me that my bank had refused clearance. When I contacted my bank they said that they had received no request at all so had never refused. I then spoke with my tyres - a difficult thing to do - they asked for my credit card details over the phone which I refused because of security issues. This order was cancelled. I placed another order with them, exactly the same happened again only now I have had to send the money by bank transfer. Whilst this is happening I am receiving various emails from different people asking to send the money by bank transfer. It is now impossible to speak to anyone by phone because their phone number doesn't work and I get no response from their email system. A baffling and frustrating episode - still not sure whether I will get the tyres!
