Memory Foam Warehouse Online Shop

Not happy with this company . Meant to be free next day delivery . Ordered item on Monday morning expected Tuesday delivery,message on my answer phone saying that there was a problem with dispatch and that it would be the Wednesday that delivery would be made . Stayed in all day and at 16:50 phoned to see what happened to delivery . Was origonally told that item had not been dispatched and then that it had been dispatched . Was told that someone would phone the next morning (Thursady)to inform of an investigation.Next morning was told that item was dispatched and that the parcel company had lost it . After asking for the parcel companies phone number (and a lot of excuses) i was told that someone would get back to me about the phone number. Was phoned in the afternoon , (supposedly by by the parcel company , but im not sure it was) and told that item was in their Liverpool depot but no one new where . Memory Foam Warehouse have said they are sending it for a morning delivery for the Friday with a different Parcel company. Have said to them that delivery will have to be a pre 10:30am delivery (which i know that the delivery company opperates) and was told that this would be done . I wait with baited breath to see if they live up to that promise . Seems like another company that once they have your money you can wait and wait and wait for the goods to arrive . Would like to know how long it would be for my account to be credited if order was cancalled . Bet it wouldnt be same day as that was for debiting my account . oh and hopefully it the right mattress because if its not they charge for uplift if goods are signed for on delivery.
