I was disgusted to find out the the delivery person stood and watched my girlfriend struggle to move the mattress out of the door way to a position about a yard inside the door and even made the comment "I'd love to be a fly on the wall when you try and get this up the stairs" No doubt there's some policy that means the delivery people are not supposed to enter peoples homes, however this seems a little bit "jobs worth". The Mattress was advertised as having two free pillows that have not arrived. I'm still waiting for a response from Mattress 24 on the complaint I made.

Appalling. Mattress arrived filthy, was promised a replacement which failed to appear on the agreed date TWICE. Customer services showed little interest in resolving the problem blaming suppliers or each other! Finally agreed a refund
