I would never EVER recommend this store to anyone!!!! If I could have given it less than one star I would have! Actually setting up the gift list was really easy but the problem started when the gift list actually opened. 40% of the items that were purchased were converted to gift vouchers because John Lewis doesn't have the technology to count their stock!!! And to make matters worse the store never informed me that the items were not available and they said it was my fault that I complied my list early, but for some unknown reason the store was able to inform me when items were out of stock before the gift list was opened. Please please do not use this store! All you need to add to the stress of your big day is worrying about John Lewis's ability to stock their store!

Absolutely my favourite online store!! Delivery was very slow once- but this was HDNL- not John Lewis. John Lewis staff were appalled and refunded my delivery. No problems since. Fantastic!

I love John Lewis, they have such good quality products that you can never go wrong. We tend to shop online via www.kidstart.co.uk so we always make and extra saving on top of their price match (if they arent already the lowest price) If I could I would add stars!

Although their shops are nice, the delivery service is appalling. I've been waiting for a tumble dryer for 3 weeks now. At the first delivery, nobody turned up; at the second one, they delivered the wrong item, a different brand altogether. Then they told me to wait for 7 working days for someone to call me and organise an 'exchange'. Completely unhelpful and useless. Beware

This shop does no wrong. Excellent service, quality of product, delivery and so on. I have used them time and time again. Even trusted them with my wedding list.
