The customer service offered was excellent. I ordered a puzzle for a relative at Christmas but unfortunately it was one my relative already had. I sent an email to Jigsaw Puzzles Direct explaining the situation (I had thrown away the receipt that would have come with it when delivered) and stated that I would like to exchange the puzzle for another one. I received a reply informing that the alternative puzzle I mentioned in my email had been dispatched to me (without charging me) and requested that I kindly send the 'old' puzzle back using a pre-paid postage label that would come with the new puzzle. I did of course send the old one back to them and was very satisfied with the customer service offered.

The Christmas puzzle has become a bit of a family tradition in our house, even my two year old likes to get involved. :) We wanted a bit more of a challenge this year though and this website helped me find just what I needed. Delivery was quick too.
