I have used Interparcel for many years now & in my opinion are probably one of the best courier booking website services there are. There website is very easy to use and they have very good rates and the customer service is good. I used their booking system the other day to book a parcel to be delivered in Carlise. With in hour of booking the service the courier was at the door and collecting my parcel. I used the tracking number that I had been given and my parcel was delivered the very next day without any problems. I am very happy with the service that I have recieved and would be happy to use them again.

This company is cheap BUT... if DHL loses your parcel (which is apparently quite common) Interparcel won't do anything about it until it is too late. I noticed on the day after the collection that the tracking status hadn't changed so I called in , spoke to someone and was asked in return to scan the collection manifesto "so DHL would know which driver collected it" (!). Fair enough, it seemed something was being done. However, it then took me four days worth of emails and phone messages to get a further update, after which I was told, sorry, it's lost. They then refused to refund the fee paid for the service which had not been provided. If I had googled this company before booking I would not have used them. Yes, there are reviews from people who have had no issues, but I think that's more luck than judgement (and possibly the choice of a service other than DHL). Personally I would rather pay more and have peace of mind. This company doesn't care at all about customer service, probably because they already have a bad reputation and rely on their prices to get business.
