I was really unsatisfied with their customer care. When I ordered the products I wanted diameter (which really meant width) was incorrectly quoted on their web site and so I ended up with 2 wall lights that I don't need as they are too wide. The only answer I got from them is that I should have asked dimensions before. I couldn't understand why I should have asked something which was already quoted on product information. So please take care when ordering.
