Get the Label Online Shop

I've had a terrible experience with them, they sent faulty shoes, which had to be returned, they are required by UK law to refund postage of faulty goods. I was promised this in several emails. Nothing was ever refunded. I can imagine if a company kept back refunds like this that would add up to a tidy sum. You can tell a good company by how they react when something goes wrong. Getthelabel are very disappointing. I'll happily supply supporting evidence if needed.

I recommend you do not order from this website. Although the order was received within 2 days, i decided to return the item as it didn't fit. The item was received by get the label the next day 24th November 09 and nearly 4 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. On their website they say they refund returns with 7 days. This is an absolute lie. I have spoke to them 5 times now and everytime they have fobbed me off saying 1/ they haven't recieved the item, 2/ oh yes we've recieved it but hasn't been logged onto system as had a backlog, 3/ it will be refunded in the next batch - 3 wks ago, 4/ we don't have any record of the refund being processed yet, 5/ one week ago will be refunded today should be back on card, 6/spoke to them today 18th Dec and refund was processed yesterday should receive early next week. What a joke, I am still waiting for my refund. I would advise you to think carefully about ordering from this website. The customer service was apalling, one guy called Robert totally fobbed me off time after time. Apparently there's only 4 people who work in the office you wouldn't think it was a small bit company looking at their website.
