Ordered a billyoh 4000m 7x10 shed at nearly £500 I wasn't expecting the best, but would have been happy to get 5 to 6 years out of it . I'll be luck to get a year, thats if I ever get it fully built.half way though building it I realised two main parts for roof were missing. After some lengthy phone calls I got told to cover it with plastic sheets and the parts would be with me in 3 to 5 working days.as its turn out its 3 to 5 days to email parts department then 3 to 5 days for them to email delivery department, then 3 to 5 for them to arrange delivery. Do your research on is company before you buy. It'll save you time and money as the shed is such poor quality its going to cost at least another £50 in timber to strengthen the frame work.

Paid for garden box on 25 Sep and despite 4 phone calls no box a month later. Was repeatedly told that the supplier would contact me to arrange delivery . Eventually was contacted to be told that it had been delivered on 1st September by carrier and signed for ! After much detective work on my part found that carrier had delivered to completely wrong address and person who had signed had no idea who I was or where in the street I stayed .Very poor service all round and apart from the unnecessary wait it was a very frustrating experience. Garden Center Direct hopeless in chasing up supplier and carrier either rubbish or given wrong address . Wouldn't use Garden centre Direct again . Maureen H

This shop may be cheap but you lose any level of service. Delivery charges are not clear, and it is near impossible to contact them on the phone... even to complete a sale! I waited 30 minutes before giving up.
