I ordered 2 HANGING BASKETS ON THE 14TH mARCH 2011 (MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT THAT DAY. ) i HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THEM AFTER MAKING NUMEROUS TELEPHONE CALLS 0891 NUMBERS COSTING OVER £6 AND E MAILS. sTAFF KEEP STATING DISTRIBUTING TROUBLE IN THE CHANNEL ISLANDS. CONTACTED SHOPS PROTECTION AS THIS FIRM ADVERTISE IN ALL MAJOR NEWSPAPERS WITH GLOWING ADVERTS ALSO ON QVC TELEVISION. THIS FIRM OUGHT TO BE BROUGHT TO BOOK HOPEFULLY EXPOSED BY WATCHDOG AND ANNE ROBINSON

I ordered some oleanders last year. They took ages to arrive (too late for birthday present) - customer services poor. Ended up planting them in my own garden last summer - none flowered and now I think they never will.

Oh my god! I wish i had read these reviews BEFORE i parted with a quite large amount of money! Everything everyone has said is true - about lack of response to emails, weeks and weeks til delivery (and not for plants either, so no excuse about time for planting), endless emails (6) all ignored, cancellation of order TWICE! also ignored, when plants ordered did arrive they were in pitiful condition, many of the "fantastic offer 24 perennial shrubs" were DOA. Not even a response when i said i would leave negative feedback everywhere i possibly could. My goodness I will NEVER trade with this company again!

Bought 2 hanging baskets over a month ago, received minus 2 gates, called promised 2 received 1, called again promised again, received a chain. Phone lines keep you waiting @10p per minute - spent over £2 so far and still not got through - too many complaints as the order line is different to speaking to a service rep?. Keep your money in your pocket or use another retailer. Anyone have a spare gate for the hanging baskets?

I spent £160 with this company. It was a complete waste of money. They promise to replace any items if you are not happy with but what they don't tell you is that they charge £10.00 delivery for EACH AND EVERY tree or bush they replace. I made a big mistake buying from this company. Never again.

do not buy of this company there rip you off i bought plants for hanging. 3 may 2010 now june 2010 i have phoned and e mail there are not intresed in comnplaints just want your cash d hogan ps 5 weeks ago.

citrus trees arrived very dehydrated, the growing medium was like dust. I e-mailed the firm saying I was not satisfied and had no response. By comparison I have had bare rooted trees from another supplier where the roots were lovely and moist on arrival. I would not use this supplier again.

Not impressed at all thus far. Ordered a couple of items & promised delivery in 10-14 days and I quote "Our Standard Delivery is 10-14 days and often quicker". That was 15 days ago. Just phoned to chase the delivery - very confused customer service reps! It is either 10-14 days AFTER dispatch & they aren't quite sure when the items were dispatched. However, he could promise they'd arrive in 3-4 days, despite not knowing when they were dispatched. Then he changed his mind & said the items could take 28 days. Then it was 10-14 'working' days. Well they might not know very much, but I am quite certain I won't be shopping here again! There are many, many sites to order similar items with much better service. They would do well to remember this too.
