Has been taken over by sports direct fairly recently and has suffered as a result. This is a shame as they were very good before. Good range of products but poor customer service and poor returns policy - items bought in store cannot be returned for a refund - only a credit note, even with the receipt. Online purchases have to be posted back at the buyers expense within 7 days for a refund. Have experienced problems with refunds not being processed for the full amount (out by £100!) and am having to put the transaction in dispute with the credit card company. Would not use again due to customer service problems, no matter how good the deal!
