I, customer number 106426785 am urgently awaiting arrival of product code 1393228- Rechargeable Techna-Ear @ £24.95, which I ordered from you as long ago as 27/01/2010 ! My order number was S03186625. You say that you always advise of any delivery beyond your promise of 14-28 days, but I have not received such an apology. Furthermore, upon contacting you by telephone at 10 pence per minute, I spent some 5 minutes just to hear some member of staff explaining some sort of rules and regulations ad infinitum .... On a recent occasion I was kept waiting for 7 weeks and a day for one of your stethoscope-type headphones, although on that occasion I seem to remember you did advise of some delay. An order for a clamshell mobile 'phone at Christmas-time I obtained from Radio Times and at £10 less than yours, which arrived in only a few days at that.
