Ordered, received an e-mail informing me that the order would cost an additional £20. I e-mailed back requesting that the order be cancelled. Several e-mails later received an e-mail confirming that the order had been cancelled and that a refund would be made to the card. Six weeks later, no refund made. I have had to make a dispute claim with my card issuer. THese people are fraudulent.. be careful as they have other sites too.

Absolutely terrible customer service.Ordered my glasses 46 days ago and still not received them. Excuse after excuse,now provided me with a tracking order number that Royalmail have no record of.Asked for a refund of my £139!!!but no response to that.Would not advise to use Exclusive Eyes.

been waiting for almost a month say they take a week to make but get lost in transit cant contact them by phone keep giving excuse after excuse when you complain say they will give you discount off next purchase when they cant deliver the first order what a joke

terrible service glasses ordered arrived 45 days after the order. A simple prescription which the site says would be filled in 3 days! still arguing about a refund under their supposed "no quibble guarantee"
