Equine Canine Feline Online Shop

I have ordered a couple of times from equine canine feline and never had any problems. My most recent order has been a nightmare but not by any fault of equine canine feline, it is the delivery company that is at fault, equine canine feline have been amazing. They have done everything in their power to get my delivery to me asap and kept me completely informed and up to date all the way through. I would highly recommend them to anyone. A* service that cannot be faulted.

I regularly order from this online shop. It is one of the few where you can get free delivery on a range of the more specialist products. The delivery is always fast (my last order was placed on the 14th Feb and arrived 8.30am on the 15th Feb - my rats barely had time to blink before their treats arrived. I wouldnt hesistate to recommend this store. It is always my first place to look when I feel the need to cram more goodies inside my rat's cage (which is far too frequent!) Definite 5 Stars.

placed an order for over £200 only 40 miles away, no delivery and its been 2 weeks now. Replied to just 1 of 7 emails. Never answered the phone yet out of 36 attempted calls. Their own site says beware of websites you cannot contact, need i say more. These are the worst i have come accross steer clear.

First time I ordered delivery was prompt and a problem was resolved equally quickly. However, staff obviously didn't like my e-mail in which I explained the problem/faulty item, even though it was polite and not intended to offend. Since then, they have resolutely ignored all further communication relating to a subsequent order, all of it polite. Beware - this company delivers good service only to selected people and if they take a dislike to you, you'll never hear from them again! There are much better pet product sites out there anyway, such as Zooplus or PetPlanet - better range, better quality and better and more consistent service which never ignores any customer correspondence! I wouldn't recommend them or order from them again.
