Definitely do not use this website if you NEED the product you are purchasing! Ordered a Christmas present last November and after being given the run around about delivery times etc I was finally told the product was not in stock even though at the tine I ordered the website claimed it was. Was then told delivery would be in May(!) so I cancelled. Again in March they contacted me asking if I would still like it as it was now in stock, I said yes and was left waiting again for another week with my order status as 'on hold'. I tried to contact them again to say I wanted to cancel (again) as I am sick and tired of being given the run around but as of yet am still waiting for any kind of confirmation of what is happening. Over four months later and my order is still "on hold"......
