Absolutely terrible company. I have ordered from other flower companies before and this was terrible! The flowers did not look like they did in the picture, vase was totally different and tacky and the card looked unbelievably unprofessional! Complete false advertising! I sent 2/3emails to the complaints department and they were very unhelpful and refused to offer any acceptable solution to the problem. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered flowers to arrive before 2pm on the day of my grandmothers funeral. We arrived at the house at midday and there was a Royal Mail 'failure to deliver' notice. No one was at the house before midday to accept the delivery because the resident of the address was my grandmother, whose funeral I was about to attend. I attached a note to the order asking them to leave the wreath on the lawn with all the other obviously funereal flowers in the event that no one answered the door before midday along with my contact phone number; of course, because they used Royal Mail it was down to the discretion of the postman, who would not have seen the consignment note and would not have my contact number (I have never before used a florist who uses Royal Mail for deliveries, perhaps this is why. At no point does their website state that they use Royal Mail - they claim to use a next day courier service which one would assume to be a private courier company). The Royal Mail phone line was closed when we tried to call and we did not have time to collect the flowers from the depot; consequently I was the only member of my family not to have any flowers on the coffin in the hearse. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ON IMPORTANT DELIVERIES! I asked them to arrange for the flowers to be redelivered to the crematorium as it is common practice for the deceased's flowers to remain on site for one week after the funeral. They said it was up to me to sort out (I live 50 miles from the crematorium) and that they had fulfilled all the requirements of their service even though i'd spent £40 on flowers that I will never see! I am DISGUSTED by their treatment of me as a customer, their terrible service and the inconsiderate manner in which they treated me following their mistake and I will never use or recommend this company again.

I was delighted to hear how pleased my mum was with the flowers I sent from Eden4flowers.co.uk They arrived on time and lasted nearly two weeks - Excellent stuff!
