  Ordered a door from their website, choosing the option of 'single glazed' and paying extra to have it made to my own spec. When it arrived it was for double-glazing, but, weirdly with single-glazed glass. The strange thing is, their Steve Fox completely admits we have the wring door, but simply refuses to put it right, even suggesting I could employ a joiner to correct their error. All they need to do is send the right beading and be nice, but they seem to have chosen to be deliberately rude, offensive and obstructive. Should have checked with shopsafe.co.uk first, I suppose Oh well, we'll see what the judge says.
