Do not use this shop. It is a scam! I ordered two watches for nearly 2400 pounds. Never received watches (although every week they say oh delivery is expected Friday) and no refund. They said they would give me a refund and havnt. I am now persuing the matter with mastercard and consumer direct and whoever else i can warn!!!!!

Watch never delivered or refunded (don't buy from them) A 3000 pounds watch that should be delivered in 2 weeks, is not delivered after 10 weeks. Continue saying that has been shipped even if it's not true and doesn't refund after having asked many times. I asked my credit card to get refund.

I wish I had taken notice of the other review! Really DO NOT deal with these con-artists. I paid nearly 3k for a watch that I was promised was in stock. The watch failed to arrive when promised. I had no comunications from them, and each time I had to call AND email them several times to get a response. Several promises were made for the arrival and one day when I managed to get an 'odd job' on the phone, rather than the guy who owns the company, I learnt that there was no watch in stock. I cancelled my order and a refund was promised immediately - this never arrived and the case has now been taken over by my credit card company. Please do not use them as you will end up losing you money and still with no watch!

I placed an order for a watch for over £1k. After 2 months of constant excuses, and no watch, I asked for a refund. The refund was eventually paid a further 2 months later after threatening legal action. I left itvery late for my wifes birthday and called up delicious watches to see if they could help. i spoke to a gut called matt and he told me that the watch i was after was availble within 3 days. 3 days later it was with me. end result i was happy and more so my wife was over the moon. Thank you

I bought a brand new Seamaster watch and decided upon this UK company as I wanted to buy new and like everyone wanted it as cheap as possible whilst not compromising on safety and quality. They kept in touch brilliantly, there new price was the best I could get. They delivered exactly when they said they would and the goods were first class and still are a year later. The only 2 reasons they dont get 5 stars is 1. They dont hold the items in stock and 2. You have there own 3 year warranty and not that of the manufacturers which is the price you pay for the risk in not paying top money. Your choice ? I had no problems and indeed am buying a second watch from them this year Ill tell you if it goes well.

Just picked up a new Cartier Pasha that i ordered a few days earlier. Absolutely delighted! the watch is perfect and beautiful presented in the unopened Cartier packaging. The price was unbeatable, I know this as i have a friend that works at Watches of Switzerland and even with his senior staff discount, he could not even get close to the figure. The owner went out of his way so I could pick the watch up on a Saturday to make it in time for my partners birthday dinner that night! Just a brilliant service and I saved a considerable amount of money! I have taken the time to rate this experience because i feel a lot of the comments on the web do not reflect the level of service i have just received. I am happy to recommend and i will be using them again! Big thanks and great job returning value to the consumer. Regards Mark

I ordered a watch from delicious for my dad’s birthday I left it a little late so I was quite concerned that I wouldn’t get it in time the site stated that the watch was not in stock and would have to be ordered in which was fine, 4 days later I received a call to let me know the watch was in and ready for dispatch as I live in London I didn’t want it sent using royal mail because of the current issues delicious couriered the watch to me for the same day. I’m over the moon with the service I received and would highly recommend this company.

Please attention! The worst online shop I ever seen ! They have no watch at all !!! Totally a liar!! I ordered a watch from them in Feb, nothing came to me after 5 months. No watch, no refund!!! I'm still asking them to refund me!!

Terrible customer service and unable to deliver goods advertised on their site.I ordered a watch(and paid £800)in Dec 08 and it wasn't until May 09 that they finally admitted they couldn't supply the watch.If I could give a no star rating,I would.Steer well clear!
