Ordered a Traktor Kontrol X1 from these guys - item was listed as "in stock" so went ahead with the order, only to receive a call from them a day later telling me that it was out of stock and that it would be due in 2 or 3 weeks' time. Sent an email a week later asking when it would be sent - still no reply after two days. Checked the website again and it's still listed as "in stock" and ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Apparently I can't cancel the order because it's now "locked". Really poor service. Never gonna deal with these jokers again. Forget the low prices: you get what you pay for. So far, nothing.

I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a synthesizer from them which was shown on their website as in stock and immediately available. Delivery was scheduled for next day. Not long after ordering I got a phone call, telling me that the item was not really in stock after all and asking whether I wanted to wait a few days till it was available. Foolishly I decided to do so. Delivery was then scheduled for several days later. I waited expectantly all day, having made sure I would be there constantly to take delivery when it came. It never did. I sent an email, asking what went wrong. No reply. I waited a few more days, expecting it to come. In vain. Finally, 10 days after the original order, I sent another email asking what was going on. This time I got a reply telling me to call and discuss it. I refused and told them to cancel it instead. They refused to do this! So they had taken payment for the item, hadn't delivered it, apparently had no intention of delivering it, but refused to cancel the order or refund the payment! Shocking and disgraceful. This type of conduct should be a criminal offence. I actually did report them to the police but was told "no criminal offence has been committed as yet." I will now have to go through my credit card company to get them to reverse the payment.
