Don't shop here! I shop online because it's meant to be easy to get stuff delivered but College Cameras just hand over deliveries to total idiots and you're at their mercy. It completely negates all the convenience. Eventually I was 'invited' by the delivery company to go to Hailsham (from Brighton) to get my tripod head or pay extra delivery charges. When I complained to College they were quite insulting, they took two full months (so far)and 5 or 6 phone calls (so far) to reimburse me and docked another £8.00. I ended up taking the train to London and walking into Calumet to buy the head, something I should have done in the first place.
