Chemist Direct Online Shop

The one regret that I truly have is that I didn't know of Chemist Direct earlier. Some months back, it was one of my friends who had told me about this website. I had always wanted a high end watch, however the market price tags were putting me off. But on Chemist Direct, I saw the Casio Wave Ceptor being offered for €143 which was an extremely discounted price compared to those available at watch shops. This made me skeptical but Chemist Direct assured me of its originality by explaining every part of the watch in elaborate detail. Thankfully, I too was convinced and have to say that it was one of my best buys. The watch was an original and till now hasn't given any problems. I have to say that I won't stutter from making more buys on this site

I was browsing online for fragrances when I came across the Chemist Direct website. The massive collection of perfumes, both of designer and celebrity brands left me totally floored. Actually after going through the site, I was left spoilt for choice and instead of originally sticking of the plan of buying just one ended up buying three. Not only did I get the scents for a good bargain price but the shipment was also pretty quick and I got my goods well packaged within 2 days of ordering. I would definitely be visiting this site for more shopping in the near future

I normally don’t buy condoms from the market because I am very shy to ask the shopkeeper about it or even at malls, I don’t pick them because I am conscious of the people around me. For this reason, I placed an order for a set of ‘Durex Elite Condoms’ on Chemist Direct and just hours into placing the order, the item was delivered at my doorstep. Atleast I am now saved the embarrassment and hope to place the next order online only.

At first I was very skeptical of going online in order to buy products because my past experiences haven’t been that pleasant. About one and a half years back I had purchased a Babyliss 7230U Beard Trimmer at Chemist Direct and till now it has been working excellently well. Usually electronic trimmers don’t last long but this one has not only withstood the test of time but even after regular use, the blades still remain sharp and I haven’t encountered any problem with this product up until now. Right from the time I brought the product online upto the shipment and delivery, the customer service has been excellent and I also brought a vacuum cleaner three months back that has been working very well. My personal experience has been very good and I wouldn’t have any qualms in buying goods from Chemist Direct in future.

I recently purchased the crafe away filters which promised to slow down your intake of cigarettes. The heavy smoker that I am, I was quite cynical of this working out but the product has worked absolute wonders for me. I am no longer as addicted to cigarettes as I was earlier and now only feel the need to smoke 1-2 cigarettes daily. I would recommend the product to anyone who is a chain smoker and wishes to give up on the habit.

Dear Chemist Direct,Thank you very much for my latest order of skincare products. I was able to find everything I needed on the Chemist Direct website, even though some of the products were not widely available in high street chemists. My items were dispatched in a timely fashion and arrived without any trouble. I also like the nifty air bags you enclose in each parcel. I have bought a few items now and I must say it’s very easy to do and products are excellent. If you run out of your own medication, it's a great way to save you from going out. In my case, i am now housebound and depend on other people to get my medicine so this works for me.

The worst online chemists you can go to. Terrible delivery service, goods not in stock, customer service close to non-existant. Which I had read reviews about them before as they all seem to say the same thing!

Not only the worst online chemist, this crowd are the worst online retailer I have ever encountered. Items are listed as 'in stock' when in fact they are not. Email contact is routinely ignored. Telephone contact results in you being lied to by customer service agents re status of your order. Orders take several weeks to appear despite the website claiming despatch within 48 hrs. Attempts at cancelling orders end up with them being despatched anyway. A google search of this crowd returns an abundance of neagative reviews and discuusion forums full of aggrieved customers. Complaints such as unauthorised credit card charges, despatch of damaged goods, deliveries taking weeks/months, and lengthy battles for refunds are the kinds of experiences customers report. Chemist Direct are so sufficiently adept at covering their tracks, lying, and supplying vague answers to specific questions that they seem to be able to get away with such apparent fraudulent behaviour. They are, however, most certainly guilty of sharp practice. Do yoursel a favour and avoid. If this advice is to late use Consumer Direct/Trading Standards. You've been warned!!!

Don't buy from Chemist Direct. If you look at other review sites everyone seems to have the same experience... goods not turning up even though payment taken, customer services lying about how when things will arrive, not being able to cancel orders when goods haven't turned up... occasionally there's a good review, but it's so obvious that it been made up by someone associated with chemist direct

Very poor customer service. placed order 2 weeks ago, not yet delivered, no reply from customer services. Not sure if i will ever get it. Item in stock as per website, should have been dispatched within 24hrs as per order confirmation e-mail. Should have looked at reviews of this website beforehand. many poor reviews on twenga and reviewcentre
