Keep away from this shop. The website is misleading and I accidentally ordered the wrong cartridge. The person on the phone was obstreperous and unhelpful. When I said the cartridge did not fit he GUARANTEED that it did. Several times. In fact the printer number was slightly different from the one I had accessed but there was no way I was going to get help from him. He also basically said once the package is open - even if the the product is still sealed they WILL NOT ACCEPT CARTRIDGES BACK. So if you place a wrong order they have basically taken your money and won't help. AT ALL. It took phone calls to HP to sort the problems out. I am still £30 out. ON NO ACCOUNT USE THIS FIRM

I purchased a set of remanufactured HP cartridges from this company last month in good faith. The reason I chose this particular company was their low prices and promised 24 hour delivery. I ordered my cartridges on a Tuesday and expected to get them on Thursday, they did not arrive until the following Tuesday, I got no explanation for this delay. They were not very well packaged, and one cartridge was slightly leaking, not very impressive so far. I replaced the black cartridge first as I still had some colour ink left, to my surprise it was not recognised by my brand new printer. A message 'unsupported cartridge' appeared. I then tried the new coloured cartridge and to my disgust got the same message. It was obvious both cartridges were as useful as a chocolate teapot, so I popped them back in the envelope with a letter explaining I wanted my money back as they were faulty, and paid over 2 pounds to post them back. I waited a few weeks for my refund but heard nothing. I contacted the company via email asking where my money was, I received a reply saying they never received my package as I didnt have a returns number and there was nothing they could do. I bought these cartridges in good faith and spent 20 pound of my hard earned cash, I was sent 2 duff useless cartridges and then denied my cash back. They were very unhelpful and unwilling to bend their ridiculous rules. If you value your cash, dont bother ordering with these con artists who now have my money and my cartridges .........
