I was so diappointed with the product when it arrived (a nursing bra). It had a hair on it, and looked like it had been worn (with stretched elastic). I shop online often and have never had to complain. I sent the item back requesting a refund. I waited a couple of weeks and never heard back from the company. I had to email to ask for an update on my refund, and they replied to advise that it had been made.
I am shocked by the fact that no apology was offered. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! And highly questionable customer service!
It's a pity, because this is supposedly a small, family run business, so I am only too happy to buy from such company's, but this was a very poor experience.
