  After placing an order for next day delivery which has still not arrived 3 days later I am not impressed to say the least. Worse still though is that this company seem not to bother to reply to any emails and it is impossible to contact them by telephone, no matter which department you try to get through to the automated message says that due to the high number of queries we are unable to take your call. For 2 days I have tried to get through with no luck. I would not buy from this company ever again...there is no excuse for bad customer service.
