Bathroom City supply damaged very poor quality and badly manufactured goods. Even denied the purchase paid with paypal? Then have negative feed back removed from Trust Pilot, refuse to help or rectify anything, tell you it is illegal to leave negative feed back lie to Ebay to get all negative feed back removed. I have been screen shotting as victims submit it they refuse a refund or to replace items they do not recognise me as a customer with legal rights. I have collated proof of all the above for future use at Reading Crown Court. How long will it be before Bathroom City get you to remove this honest review. Honest feed back hurts because it's true . This is a genuine factual review with evidence, £430.00 buys you a bathroom vanity unit which is made from card and corrugated paper. When questioned I was told this is cutting edge technology manufacturing. The worst retail experience I've ever had.

After spending £1214 on a bathroom from Bathroom City and arranging professionals to install it, I discovered there was a piece missing from the vanity unit partway through installation. I rang customer service to explain and they said they would send one onto me. I said thanks and asked that they sent it via next day delivery. The post office offers a service where you can guarantee a delivery before a certain time the following day. I asked for this as I had already contracted professionals to install the suite and they would not be able to complete the work due to the missing part, but I would obviously still have to pay them as it wasn't their fault (but the fault of Bathroom City sending an incomplete unit). This seemed beyond the comprehension of Bathroom City and after explaining I would need the missing part sent special delivery so that work could continue the following day, the customer service phone operative Rahim said he would consult with the manager and call me back. When he did call me back, 'the manager' had obviously told him that they could not pay for special delivery and that he should just put the part in the post. So... I once again explained the issue; that due to Bathroom City failing to send me a complete vanity unity in the first instance, the work on installation could not continue. I would however still need to pay the installers who were already halfway through the work. At this point Rahim quite rudely said that 'it wasnt their problem' that I had to pay the workmen. Understandably this made me frustrated so I once again explained that actually as Bathtoom City had failed to send a complete unit even though I had paid the full price of £1214 for said unit, that it actually was their problem. It is purely and simply the fault of Bathroom City that my bathroom installation could not go any further due to a missing part. I had assumed that it was a very simple problem to rectify. I obviously overestimated the care of the employees of Bathroom City. At this point I quite calmly said that Rahim had been quite pleasant but that I would like to speak to a manager so that I could get a resolution. I was put on hold. However, a manager did not pick up the phone to me. It was the same phone operative Rahim who had evidently been told to fob me off. He said the manager said they would put it in the post to me first class. I calmly explained one last time that that was no use to me, I simply needed a special delivery so that I knew for certain I would receive the part in the morning the following day and that the work could continue. Quite simple. He literally said he couldn't do that and so I asked to speak to the manager. David Wier appears to be the manager. Possibly the rudest person I have ever encountered. When I explained that I needed a guaranteed delivery he informed me that he was 'not a postman'. His complete lack of empathy, his total indifference to the fact that Bathroom City had caused an issue and that they should wish to resolve it, his rude and condescending tone, all contributed to hands down the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced in my life. He regused to listen to me explain the isuue and he actually put the phone down on me. I cannot say why he was so against sending the part next day delivery. Perhaps going to the post office was just too much effort. However the rudeness and belligerence directed at me, there can be simply no excuse for. I received a badly worded email informing me that he'd stick it in the post 'but he doesn't run the postal service' so cannot guarantee it. Simply infuriatingly frustrating. What was so hard to grasp about sending the part next day delivery is beyond me. Needless to say, the part did not arrive. I am a professional workmen's day wage down and still do not have the part. I also have the worst possible opinion of the so called management and customer service at Bathroom City. I understand manager of a bathroom wholesale place may not be the best job in the world but surely the manager should at least oretend to care about what they do. Further to the missing part, I have found chips in the newly unwrapped vanity unit and hinges so flimsy that I'd be amazed of they lasted more than a couple of months. I would strongly advise anyone NOT to buy from them as once they have dsipatched they evidently do not care in the slightest about the customer experience. And as for David Wier, what an absolute travesty of a 'manager'. To report into him must be a humiliating experience for all concerned.

Ordered an item online for one day delivery at £8 as the plumber was only on site for two more days. It appears that it is next day delivery when they get the item in stock. The website does not say it is not in stock and they did not contact me to tell me that it would be a two and a half week wait. They were still happy to make it a next day delivery £8 fee though. I canceled the order and went with an amazon company that offered the same item for less expense and for two actual days delivery for half the cost.

I would NOT recommend this company, their Customer service team are awful. Ordered bathroom furniture from their website and it said delivery 2-4 days, after numerous phone calls and promised delivery dates that came and went we eventually too delivery 28 days later. Our plumber got so fed up waiting for it that he went off and started another job. We also ordered a sink from them and it arrived but was clearly a returned sink complete with limescale marks, sealant and even a lump of spit and toothpaste left by the previous owner! They pretended they didnt receive our email and wont refund us for the sink until they have collected the filthy one even though they have seen photos of it. What happened to looking after customers. We have made numerous phone calls to this company and they clearly dont care even though we have paid £800 for some run of the mill walnut bathroom funiture. Beware

I was very let down by B&Q due to a number of delays because of items not in stock and found Bathroom City after a google search. They have 2 huge showrooms only about 5 mins apart so we visited both. But the one that stands out the best is the one at Seeleys rd. The sales staff seemed more knowledgeable and it is a much better showroom with more modern displays. After placing a order for a complete bathroom suite the order was delivered on time, as promised and what makes this company stand out from the rest is that i got a follow up call 1 day after delivery from their customer service team to check that everything was ok. Which is was and i highly recommend this company and take my hat off to a gentleman named Tips (nickname) who served us at the Seeleys Rd branch.

My wife and I too visited both their showrooms in Birmingham. What made us buy from them was the fact that they knew they a thing or two about bathrooms and helped us significantly. We found high street top brands at 30% to 50% less. We highly recommend you visit this bathroom company.

Very experienced sales staff who know what they are talking about and can advise on all aspects of bathroom design and product compatibly. I must admit that buying from Bathroom City was very hard in deed as they have two HUGE showrooms literally only 10 mins drive apart which cater for every budget and we just found our selves going back and forth trying to make our minds up. Well worth visiting both showrooms especially the branch at Seeleys Road.
