Bambino Direct Online Shop

DO NOT EVER give your money to Bambino Direct. I am shocked to see them with 4 stars on this site as the internet is flooded with bad reviews about these cowboys. I am still experiencing problems with their non existent after sales service having been sent damaged goods 4months ago. DO NOT RISK using them - there are so many more internet shops that provide great service and competitive prices.

WORST BABY PURCHASE EXPERIENCE - EVER!!! As a new father I tried to do my bit, arranging everything we needed once we had chosen what to buy. I came across Bambino Direct and their prices were competitive, their web site did not suggest anything was out of stock so I ordered over £600 worth of stuff. That’s when it all went wrong, buggy and high chair quick to arrive, but much needed rain cover for our phil and Ted’s sport never arrived. Many telephone calls and emails just resulted in apologies and empty promises on their behalf. I ended up being caught out in the rain trying to get our little one off to sleep and had to resort to removing my coat and getting drenched to try and keep buggy and baby dry. There are obviously much more in depth details to this unfortunate experience but needless to say for me it spoilt what should have been one of the happiest occasions in my life, just bringing me stress and hassle with their incompetence. My only advice would be to shop elsewhere and save yourselves the stress and heartache this company is likely to bring you.

I order cosatto highchair from them on Friday. I have received email confirming dispatching of goods on Monday and on Tuesday i had my Highchair. Brilliant. It arrived in a perfect condition - not broken, no bits missing and I got it for the cheapest price i found on the internet - saving me about £30 - huraaaj..... I did worry little bit after reading some very bad reviews about them but they proved all of them wrong. :-))))) Kveta K.
