Total Rip OFF! I recently purchased an expensive large screen tv. I never normally pay for an extended warranty but as they had an offer of buy one year get a year free, I felt it offered great value for money so I did purchase. My invoice receipt clearly states I have paid for a 2 year warranty, however, when Domestic & General (the insurance company) contacted me their details only stated a 1 year warranty. I went back to AJ Electronics to ask them to rectify only to be told I should have entered a code at check out (I wasn't told this at the time of purchase - I had made a telephone call to specifically check the offer details). I am very disappointed with this, feel completely ripped off and I will be taking them to the smalls claims court - so see you in court AJ Electronics - your shoddy approach and poor service has led to bad reviews (this isn't the only one I will be posting) and a court claim against you - which trust me will be heading your way!
